Application of Bundle Strategy after Ileostomy in Neonatal Nursing

Objective: To analyze the nursing methods of bundle strategy after neonatal ileostomy. Methods: A total 40 neonates who received ileostomy in our hospital from July 2020 to November 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group (given routine nursing) observation under premise group) .The patients (n = 20) according random number table. The incidence rate complications parents' satisfaction with work statistically analyzed compared between two groups. Results: stoma prolapse, retraction, edema, para-hernia, fecal dermatitis, etc.in less than those group, differences had statistical significance (P < 0.05); care parents was higher that 0.05). Conclusion: Bundle undergoing can reduce postoperative improve parental satisfaction, which is worth adopting.
